Specializing in the production of 6061 aluminum frames, Overlord continually ensures that all stages of manufacturing are met with strict quality control processes. From our precise frame building and Holland Mechanics® wheel building lines to our precise final assembly, we have extensive experience in all areas of the manufacturing process to ensure we meet the high standards our customers have come to expect. Our in-house testing facility ensures that
our products are produced to the standards our customers specify, including EN and ISO.

Design
Latest Trends
Our talented in-house R&D team uses the latest industry standard software and relies on market trend research to develop our bicycles. Artwork can be produced on a variety of decal types such as watertransfer, heat-transfer and mylar. From concept to frame drawings, to colour and graphics, we can design your perfect ride.
Test
Highest Standards
Our in-house testing facility to EN and ISO standards ensures our products are built to the highest of safety standards. Testing happens along all areas of the production line. Wheels are assembled using Holland Mechanics® wheel building lines.
Build
Exact Specifications
Frames are hand-welded with precision to exact specifications. Precise frame alignments are conducted during the heat treatment process to ensure perfect frames, every time. All frames are cleaned, finished and painted using environmentally friendly processes,
including sandblasting, powder painting and waterbased painting methods. Our bikes are built right, packaged and delivered with the utmost care.
